Free shipping from $1,000

Orders of $1,000 or more ship free to any address in Mexico. On smaller orders, the shipping cost is added in the cart before you pay.

Delivery time

In-stock products leave the warehouse one business day after payment is confirmed. Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the area.

Backorder products take longer; we confirm the date by email before shipping.

The order is processed as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually instantly.

Tracking

When your order leaves the warehouse we email you the carrier and tracking number.

If the package arrives damaged

Check the package on delivery. If the box is dented or open, note it on the carrier's receipt, take photos and let us know within 48 hours by email or WhatsApp. That lets us claim with the carrier and replace your product.
