Who sells

The Argos Integral online store (argosintegral.com) is operated by Grupo Alorey, S.A. de C.V., tax ID (RFC) GAL250404R37, with its registered address at Av. 75, Manzana 27, Lote 01, Col. Ejidal, C.P. 77712, Playa del Carmen, Solidaridad, Quintana Roo.

Prices

Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT. They may change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown when you confirm your purchase.

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we'll let you know before shipping and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

Stock

Stock is updated frequently but can run out. If a product in your order is unavailable, you can wait for the new date, switch to an equivalent product or get a refund for that item.

Payment

We accept credit cards, debit cards and interest-free monthly installments (meses sin intereses) with participating credit cards, through a certified payment platform. Argos Integral never receives or stores your card details.

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Order confirmation

When your payment goes through we email you your order number, the items, the total and the shipping address. When your order ships we send you the carrier and tracking number.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping, returns and warranty are governed by the Shipping and the Returns and warranty pages of this site.

Invoicing

If you need a tax invoice, request it on the Invoicing page within the same month as your purchase. Sales without an invoice are included in the period's global invoice, as the law requires.

Use of the products

You are responsible for installing and using the equipment lawfully, including respecting other people's privacy when recording video or audio.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, in particular the Federal Consumer Protection Law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Playa del Carmen, Solidaridad, Quintana Roo, without prejudice to your right to go to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco).
