Right of withdrawal

You may cancel your purchase within 5 business days of delivery, as set by Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law. The product must be unused, complete and in its original packaging.

Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and we'll tell you where to send it. Return shipping is paid by you unless the product arrived damaged or wrong.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the product, we refund the full amount to the same payment method within 10 business days.

Wrong or damaged product

If you received a different product or it arrived damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it at no cost to you.

Warranty

Every product is new, genuine and covered by its manufacturer's warranty. The term depends on the brand and model and is shown on the product page or its packaging.

If a device fails due to a manufacturing defect, email us your order number, a description of the fault and, if possible, photos or a video. We handle the warranty with the manufacturer and keep you posted.

The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, impacts, power surges, voltage fluctuations or using a regular device in an environment it isn't designed for, such as salt corrosion on a camera that isn't anti-corrosion.
