What it does at home

The EZVIZ DL05 is a lever-handle lock for your front door that opens with your fingerprint, a passcode, a card, the mechanical key or from your phone with the EZVIZ app. It connects over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, alerts your phone when the door opens or the battery is low, and lets you create temporary codes for visitors. It stores up to 50 fingerprints, 50 passcodes and 50 cards.

Its outer panel is IP65 rated (outer panel only) and it works from -25 °C to 70 °C. It locks itself when the door closes, has a child lock, privacy mode, an alarm if someone tries to remove it and a doorbell button. It runs on 8 included AA batteries; with Wi-Fi off they last up to 365 days at 10 openings a day. If they run out, it takes emergency power over USB Type-C. Includes 2 cards and 2 keys.
