Jar of 100 Cat6 pass-through RJ45 plugs

Why we recommend it

What it does

RJ45 plugs are the tips that go on each end of a network cable so you can connect it to the camera, the switch or the recorder. This LinkedPro jar holds 100 pass-through Cat6 plugs: the cable's wires go all the way through the plug and out the front, which makes them much easier to line up and crimp properly. They need a pass-through crimper, which trims the wires at the front (the EP-670, for example).

They are the best choice if you do not build cables every day: with pass-through plugs you see the wires in order before crimping and make fewer mistakes. The contacts are plated with 30 microns of gold, which helps the connection stay solid and clean over time.
