Why we recommend it

What it does for you

The Epcom E8-TURBO-DLX is a 2 MP TurboHD turret camera with dual light: infrared up to 30 m for black-and-white night vision and white light up to 20 m to see in color at night when it turns on. Its 2.8 mm lens opens to 101° horizontally. It works with the 4 analog technologies on the market, so it fits most DVRs.

It has a built-in microphone and sends audio over the same coaxial cable, with no extra wiring. Its body is metal, it is IP67 rated and operates from -40 °C to 60 °C. It draws at most 3.3 W at 12 VDC. It is an affordable way to add audio and night color to an existing analog system.

Ideal for

  • Shop counters and checkouts
  • Home garages and entrances
  • Expanding an existing DVR system
  • Receptions and hallways
  • 30 mNight infrared
  • 20 mWhite light (night color)
  • 101°Horizontal view
  • IP67Dust and water protection

Build your system

What you need to make it work

The camera alone doesn't record: it needs somewhere to store video and, depending on the installation, power, network and protection. This is what we recommend so it works from day one.
