Why we recommend it

What it does at home

This kit pairs the EZVIZ HB8 Lite 4G camera with a 5 W solar panel, made for places with no power or fixed internet. The camera uses your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and, if it drops, switches to 4G on its own with a Nano SIM card (not included, needs a data plan). It records in 2K+ (2560 × 1440) and pans 340° and tilts 80° to cover the whole place with one camera.

Its 5,200 mAh battery and AOV mode, which builds a continuous time-lapse video and records at normal speed when it detects motion, give up to 15 days of all-day recording per charge according to EZVIZ; with about 2 hours of sun a day the panel keeps it running. It detects people and vehicles with AI, follows them as they move, has a siren and strobe light, two-way audio and IP65 protection.

Ideal for

  • Construction sites and land plots
  • Ranches, orchards and country houses
  • Places with no electricity
  • Sites without fixed internet (with a 4G SIM)
  • 5 WSolar panel included
  • 340°Horizontal pan
  • 5,200 mAhBattery
  • 15 mNight vision

Build your system

What you need to make it work

The camera alone doesn't record: it needs somewhere to store video and, depending on the installation, power, network and protection. This is what we recommend so it works from day one.
